"We probably couldn't make and develop the latest entry lacking the insights we acquired in Battlefield 2042," Rebecka explains to our team.

Another omitted ingredient from the previous installment was a single-player campaign, which has been restored for this release.

The Guildford team design director Fasahat "Fas" Salim is the one responsible for "guaranteeing those levels are as enjoyable and interesting as feasible for the gamers."

Regardless of claims that the scale of the project had put a strain on the multiple teams working together internationally to develop the game, he is upbeat about the process.

"Working with varied perspectives, varied experiences, it's a truly engaging atmosphere to be engaged with every day," he explains.

"The complete method has been an innovation but something really inspiring because we are collaborating with individuals from all over the world."

Regarding the expectation on the team, he states: "We feel pressure but at the same time it's thrilling.

"We're dealing with a major project. It's arguably the largest that the majority of the team have before participated in."

Emerging Artist Contributes Fresh Perspective
